Welcome Message

Welcome to No Static! Home of our Static Shock based rp! I just want to tell everyone thank you for participating and I hope that we can all have a blast here together! The Site will be broken up into two sections: the OOC (Out of Character) section, where we are now, and the IC (In Character section) Where the rp will take place.

The OOC section is where everything other than the story will take place. There's a post for everyone to place their character sheets, a post for Rules and regulations, a post with information about the rp, and even a chatroom to just chill out and talk about whatever!

The IC section will be broken up into different locations within Dakota City, where the rp will take place. Be mindful that no single character can be in more than one place at a time (Unless they have a power that allows them to do so) OOC banter will not be permitted in the IC section.
